JM Webforge is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.

- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message. This data is provided voluntarily by you.
- Technical data: standard server log files (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) processed by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
We do not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, advertising tools or social media plugins on this website.

- Art. 6(1)(b) — processing is necessary to respond to your inquiry and take steps prior to entering a contract.

- Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months.
- If you become a client, data is retained for the duration of the contract and thereafter as required by Portuguese law (e.g. 10 years for accounting records under the Código do IRC).

This website uses only technically necessary session mechanisms and no tracking or marketing cookies. Therefore, no cookie consent banner is required under Art. 7 and the ePrivacy Directive — no non-essential cookies are set.
